Ready To Ride:
This electric bike will arrive to your door Ready-To-Ride. This means before your bicycle is shipped, it will go through extensive quality control. Your bike will be assembled, batteries conditioned through 3 full cycles, test ridden by our "Professional Bicycle Assemblers" and shipped in a custom designed box for improved protection. A Quality Control checklist will be inserted in to your box signed by the assembler. Once you receive your hybrid electric bicycle only minimal assembly will be required (install pedals and align the handlebars). This service is provided free of charge. We do this to increase customer satisfaction, reduce warranty issues and to improve the overall customer experience from purchasing online.
