We only except returns on products/parts that are unused/unassembled and in the original box and packing. Returns must be authorized and shipped back within 10 days of receiving. Customers are responsible for original and return shipping fee's and a restocking fee if applicable. An RMA # must be written on the box otherwise the item will be rejected at the warehouse. We ask that you educate yourself on the products and what you are ordering is your absolute and final decision before placing an order. If you have questions regarding the quality or reliability of a product, please contact us. We don't always receive accurate specifications for the products we sell, returns will not be accepted because of incorrect advertisements. We try very hard to keep product specs and speeds as accurate as possible and we update them once we test the product or hear back from our customers.
Once in a while packages get damaged in shipping, especially during the Christmas season when the shipping companies are busy. Most of the Manufacturers we work with cover shipping damage under their warranty, please see our warranty page for more details. Items that are damaged in shipping will be fixed by the Manufacture shipping replacement parts, customers are responsible for replacing these parts, phone support is available if needed. If the item is not fixable by parts, the Manufacture may offer a return for a refund or to swap it with a new unit, at the discretion of the Manufacture. If there is no warranty on the product or shipping damage is not covered under the Manufacturers warranty, customers will need to file a damage claim with the shipping company.
Once in a while a product may have a defective part from the factory. Defective parts are covered by the Manufacturers warranty. Items that are defective will be fixed by the Manufacture shipping replacement parts, customers are responsible for replacing these parts, phone support is available if needed. If the item is not fixable by parts, the Manufacture may offer a return for a refund or to swap it with a new unit, at the discretion of the Manufacture.
Any motorized product must be operated by an experienced rider. In the case of younger riders, supervision of a parent is important. Age recommendations MUST be followed. Safety gear must be worn. Obey local ordinances and laws regarding helmets, elbow and knee pads. You are responsible for knowing the laws in your area regarding the use of motorized vehicles. Safety and safety equipment must never be compromised.
As a supplier of scooters, Extreme Scooters accepts no liability whatsoever for any accidents, damages or personal injury to rider and or spectators and their property whatsoever during any events where the use of motorized scooter is made.
