Roketa: (MC Family Mopeds - Maui, Bahama, Sicily, Tahiti, Fiji, Bermuda, Bali)

Roketa offers a 6 month engine parts replacement warranty and a 30 day part replacement warranty on defective parts and shipping damage for functional parts only. Customers are responsible to assemble or swap the defective parts. If you are unable to swap parts or troubleshoot problems, please have a mechanic available if needed. These scooters are shipped factory direct and do not go through any type of dealer prep, therefor manufacture defects can happen and need to be handled by the customer. Any parts damaged in shipping that are non-functional parts such as body panels etc., are not covered under warranty. Customers are responsible for filing a damage claim with the shipping company for re-imbursement which then replacement parts can be purchased. If your product is damaged beyond repair with replacement parts, customers can file a damage claim with the shipping company for full re-imbursement of the product, which you can then place a new order for another scooter.
