X-treme Scooters: (all models starting with X-, XG-, XP-, XM- or XB-)

The X-treme Manufacture offers a 30 day part replacement warranty on defective parts and shipping damage and a 6 month warranty on batteries. Customers are responsible for replacing warranty parts sent, their warranty department will walk you through the installation process if needed. Click Here For Detailed Warranty
 
To receive warranty service, create a trouble ticket from the link below. Their warranty department will contact you as soon as they get to your ticket to trouble shoot and ship free replacement parts if needed. You can not reach the warranty department by phone, they contact customers in the order of tickets created. (Do not create multiple tickets as it will put your first ticket to the bottom of the list.)

Roketa offers a 6 month engine parts replacement warranty and a 30 day part replacement warranty on defective parts and shipping damage for functional parts only. Customers are responsible to assemble or swap the defective parts. If you are unable to swap parts or troubleshoot problems, please have a mechanic available if needed. These scooters are shipped factory direct and do not go through any type of dealer prep, therefor manufacture defects can happen and need to be handled by the customer. Any parts damaged in shipping that are non-functional parts such as body panels etc., are not covered under warranty. Customers are responsible for filing a damage claim with the shipping company for re-imbursement which then replacement parts can be purchased. If your product is damaged beyond repair with replacement parts, customers can file a damage claim with the shipping company for full re-imbursement of the product, which you can then place a new order for another scooter. Lance offers a 12 month engine parts replacement warranty and a 30 day part replacement warranty on defective parts and shipping damage. Customers are responsible to assemble or swap the defective parts. Lance also offers excellent support and will trouble shoot and walk you through any issues over the phone.
